While interest in leveraging AI and data was high across both large enterprises and SMEs, many organizations lacked clarity on how to embark on their journey.

Tangram's Solution:

To address these challenges, Freddy established the first AI and Data Coaching Platform in partnership with the client. The inaugural cohort consisted of business owners and senior leaders, who embarked on a custom-developed 18-month program. The program combined knowledge sharing, peer learning, and collaborative problem-solving, creating a trusted platform akin to an advisory board chaired by Freddy himself.

The program was designed to balance structured learning with real-world application. Participants were exposed to key emerging technologies including AI, data, RPA, and blockchain, while also engaging in discussions that directly related to their business contexts. In addition, Freddy provided one-on-one private coaching sessions to guide each participant in developing and executing their own digital transformation roadmap.

Impactful Outcomes

The program proved highly successful. Participants not only built awareness and confidence in AI and data but also defined their own digital roadmaps tailored to their organizational needs. By the end of the journey, business leaders had developed a stronger understanding of how to turn emerging technologies into practical strategies for growth and competitiveness.
