Freddy was appointed as the data advisor for this transformation program, playing a pivotal role in shaping and proving the viability of the initiative. His mandate included developing the reference architecture and data architecture, creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate potential solutions, and supporting the establishment of a robust data team.
