Freddy Loo is the Founder of Tangram Advisory, where he leads a mission to help organizations harness artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and data-driven strategies to drive sustainable growth and innovation.

Before founding Tangram, Freddy had over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. He has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and multinational conglomerates on large-scale digital transformations. Freddy also held key leadership positions including Digital Lead at Accenture, Executive Director at EY Malaysia (where he founded the Data & Analytics practice), Chief Analytics Officer at Star Media Group — where he led an award-winning digital transformation — and built a greenfield AI consulting practice at Fusionex.

An active thought leader, Freddy regularly speaks at industry events, government conferences, and universities. He also serves as Vistage Chair for AI & Digital at Vistage Malaysia, advising C-level leaders. With extensive experience in global consulting and senior end-user leadership roles, Freddy offers deep insights into clients’ strategic priorities, organizational dynamics, and the cultural shifts required to succeed in the age of AI and emerging digital technologies.
