Objective:
1. To design a customized HR Analytics training program for HR professionals as part of the organization's learning week.
2. To go beyond mere awareness of analytics by sharing real-life examples of how HR Analytics can unlock value, and including a module on the cognitive process of understanding data and making informed decisions.
Why Is This Important?
1. The client identified a critical need to increase comfort levels and willingness among HR professionals to use and leverage data, particularly for those not traditionally trained in analytics.
2. Recognizing that individuals have diverse pathways in their decision-making processes, the training aimed to cater to these differences and enhance overall data literacy within the organization.
What Did We Do?
1. Pre-Session Engagements: Tangram Analytics (TA) conducted several pre-session engagements with the HR Director, Head of Learning & Development, and the on-ground team to thoroughly understand their needs, gaps, and aspirations. These sessions were crucial for tailoring the training content to the specific context of the organization.
2. Interactive Training Design: The training was designed to be fun and engaging while effectively delivering complex and often dry topics. This approach ensured high levels of participant engagement and retention of key concepts.
