Mohd Azham Hassan


Azham is a subject matter expert with 19 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, and corporate strategy planning. He has held leadership roles at Pos Malaysia, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), and AGA Group. Azham was a key member of the Strategy Planning team at Pos Malaysia during a profitable period, and he pioneered data analytics initiatives at both Pos Malaysia and MCMC to leverage digital technology for strategic advantage. He was also involved in a Covid-19 analytics initiative, where he developed models, reporting, and predictions for MKN's decision-making in the first 100 days of the MCO, before the deployment of MySejahtera.
Azham's notable achievements include designing models and dashboards to monitor national telecommunication performance for the National Fiberisation & Connectivity Plan (NFCP) and JENDELA. He also established the NFCP Operations Room. In the courier industry, he designed models and dashboards to monitor courier performance for a better understanding and impact on the digital economy and the national courier plan (PAKEJ). He also designed predictive analytics models for volume and capacity to improve Pos Malaysia's courier performance operations. Azham has developed a strategic roadmap and implementation plan for a government agency and a listed company to leverage data analytics for decision-making.
